Quantum Trademarks

Quantum Trademarks. Shall mean the trademark and tradename `Quantum' in whatever form used by Quantum, now or in the past, including but not limited to any stylized or design representation thereof. "Quantum Trademarks" shall also include any trade dress used by Quantum, now or in the past, in connection with the marketing and sale of HDD Products.
