Quarterly Period

Example Definitions of "Quarterly Period"
Quarterly Period. Shall mean each of the following periods: the period beginning on and including January 1 and ending on and including March 31; the period beginning on and including April 1 and ending on and including June 30, the period beginning on and including July 1 and ending on and including September 30; and the period beginning on and including October 1 and ending on and including December 31.
Quarterly Period. Means each of the periods of three (3) consecutive calendar months commencing on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 during the Term, or any partial period thereof immediately following the 2020 Effective Date or immediately prior to the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Quarterly Period. Means each three-month period commencing on the 1st of January, the 1st of April, the 1st of July, and the 1st of October of each calendar year.
Quarterly Period. Means January 1 through and including March 31; April 1 through and including June 30; July 1 through and including September 30; or October 1 through and including December 31 in any fiscal year.
