Quintiles Technology. Shall mean all processes, know-how, trade secrets, analytical methods, procedures, techniques, technical expertise, computer software, algorithms and other intellectual property for use in conducting, monitoring and analyzing data from clinical trials, which are owned or licensed by Quintiles.
