Quota

Example Definitions of "Quota"
Quota. Means the portion of the total number of shares subject to an option which the grantee of the option may purchase during the several periods of the term of the option (if the option is subject to quotas), as provided in Section 8(b) hereof.
Quota. Means the portion of the total number of shares subject to an option which the grantee of the option may purchase during the several periods of the term of the option (if the option is subject to quotas), as provided in Section 8(b) hereof. SAR's are granted, if at all, at the time of granting a stock option. If a stock option is subject to quotas, the related SAR is subject to the same quotas.
Quota.
