Quotas

Quotas. Seller wishes to sell to Buyer the totality of the quotas of the Company, consisting of 158,515,171 (one hundred fifty eight million, five hundred fifteen thousand, one hundred seventy one) quotas (the "Quotas"), and subject to certain terms and conditions, Buyer wishes to purchase such Quotas.
