Quotation Subscriber

Quotation Subscriber. Means a person that has executed a Nonprofessional Subscriber agreement or a Professional Subscriber agreement with OPRA setting forth the terms and conditions under which such person is permitted to receive Quotation Information for its own use and not for the purpose of retransmitting or redistributing Quotation Information to any other person, and that has been approved by OPRA for such purpose.
