Rabbi Trust

Rabbi Trust. The grantor trust established by Sage pursuant to Section 9 in order to accumulate funds to pay Benefits under the Plan.

Rabbi Trust. Means the trust adopted by Constellation Energy Group pursuant to the Grantor Trust Agreement Dated as of January 1, 2001, between Constellation Energy Group and Citibank, N.A.

Rabbi Trust. Means the trust established by Constellation Energy Group pursuant to Grantor Trust Agreement dated as of April 30, 1999 between Constellation Energy Group and T. Rowe Price Trust Company.

Rabbi Trust. Means the trust adopted by Constellation Energy Group pursuant to the Grantor Trust Agreement Dated as of November 3, 2008, by and between Constellation Energy Group and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.

Rabbi Trust. A trust established or selected by the Company to pay benefits due to Executive in the circumstances described in this Agreement or to other Company executives under other nonqualified arrangements that is intended to constitute an unfunded arrangement that does not affect the status of the Agreement and any other plan or agreement maintained by the Company as an unfunded plan maintained for the purpose of providing deferred compensation for a select group of management or highly compensated... employees under Title I of the Employee Retirement Income Security act of 1974. Rabbi Trust. The trust attached as Exhibit D which is intended to satisfy the requirements of Revenue Procedure 92-64

Rabbi Trust. Means a trust established by an agreement between the Company and a trustee with such terms and conditions as the Company, in its discretion, shall determine, for the purpose set forth in Section 14.
