Example Definitions of "RAC"
RAC. Shall mean a refund anticipation check based on a Customer's federal or state income tax refund, which term shall also include the equivalent product by which the delivery of funds is accomplished through direct deposit. "RAC" shall also mean the products referred to by Jackson Hewitt as an "accelerated check refund" or "ACR" and as an "assisted direct deposit" or "ADD".
