Rail Corridor. An area established by the Authority on the Airport as more particularly shown on Exhibit "2" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference upon which the Rail Line Easement will be located and upon which other forms of rail service may be planned, constructed and operated by the Authority and/or third parties in the future
