Rail Line Easement

Rail Line Easement. That certain exclusive (subject to the Authority's reserved rights), non-perpetual easement granted by the Authority to the Rail Company over the Rail Line Easement Property for the operation and maintenance of same in connection with Rail Company's rail operations at the Airport, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "6" and incorporated herein by this reference
