Rail Line Slope and Drainage Easement

Rail Line Slope and Drainage Easement. Means that certain non-exclusive (subject to the Authority's reserved rights) non-perpetual easement granted by the Authority to the Rail Company over the Rail Line Slope and Drainage Easement Property for the operation and maintenance of same in connection with Rail Company's rail operations at the Airport, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "6."
