Rail Line Slope Easement. That certain non-exclusive (subject to the Authority's reserved rights) non-perpetual easement granted by the Authority to the Rail Company over the Rail Line Slope Easement Property for the operation and maintenance of same in connection with Rail Company's rail operations at the Airport, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "6."
