RAILROAD PROPERTIES. The site of the former rail yard referred to as Ferrum Junction, a right-of-way from the Bureau of Land Management ("BLM") related to the Railroad, rights-of-way or other grants of use from other federal and governmental entities related to the Railroad, various properties owned in fee and private easements and rights-of-way related to the Railroad, all as described on Exhibit "C" attached hereto.
