Or prv means a priority review voucher awarded by the fda to the sponsor of a rare pediatric disease product application pursuant to section 529 of the fd&c act, as amended, or an equivalent voucher under a superseding law, which voucher entitles the holder thereof to receive priority review from the fda for any product of its choice.
