Ratable Portion
Ratable Portion. Means, with respect to any Secured Party, the quotient (expressed as a percentage) obtained at any time by dividing (x) the principal amount of such Secured Party's Debenture(s) by (y) the sum of the aggregate amount of all outstanding Debentures.
