Rate Period

Example Definitions of "Rate Period"
Rate Period. Shall mean, for any portion of the Loans for which the Borrowers elect the LIBOR Rate, the period of time for which such rate shall apply to such principal portions.
Rate Period. Means for any portion of principal for which Undersigned elects the As-Offered Rate the period of time for which such AS-Offered Rate shall apply to such principal portion. Rate periods shall be for periods of one (1) day to one hundred eighty (180) days and for no other length of time.
Rate Period. Each of the applicable periods based on the Applicable Rate determined by the applicable Lender in accordance herewith, which such Lender shall advise to the Borrower
