Example Definitions of "Ratification"
Ratification. Except as expressly amended herein, all terms and provisions of the Stock Purchase Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and are hereby ratified, approved and confirmed in every respect.
Ratification. Landlord and Tenant each hereby reaffirm its rights and obligations under the Lease as modified by this Amendment. In the event of a conflict of ambiguity between the Lease and this Amendment, the terms and provisions of this Amendment shall control.
Ratification. Except as expressly amended hereby, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed and all the terms, conditions and provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.
