Rating Agency Information. Any information provided for the purpose of (a) determining the initial credit rating for the Offered Notes, including information about the characteristic of the Receivables and the legal structure of the Offered Notes, and (b) undertaking credit rating surveillance on the Offered Notes, including information about the characteristic and performance of the Receivables.

Rating Agency Information. Any information provided for the purpose of (a) determining the initial credit rating for the Class A-1b Notes, including information about the characteristics of the Receivables and the legal structure of the Class A-1b Notes, and (b) undertaking credit rating surveillance on the Class A-1b Notes, including information about the characteristics and performance of the Receivables.

Any information provided for the purpose of (a) determining the initial credit rating for the Offered Notes, including information about the characteristics of the Lease Assets and the legal structure of the Offered Notes, and (b) undertaking credit rating surveillance on the Offered Notes, including information about the characteristics and performance of the Lease Assets
