Example Definitions of "Rating Agency"
Rating Agency. Means a "nationally recognized statistical rating organization" (as defined in Section 3(a)(62) of the Exchange Act) whose ratings for senior indebtedness of issuers similar to the Company are authorized for use with, and recognized by the Securities Valuation Office of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
Rating Agency. Means any Rating Agency (as defined in the Indenture) rating the Series 2005-1 BGS Transition Bonds as of the Series Issuance Date.
Rating Agency. 1) each of Moody's and S&P; and 2) if either of Moody's or S&P ceases to rate the Notes or fails to make a rating of the Notes publicly available for reasons outside of the Company's control, a "nationally recognized statistical rating organization" within the meaning of Rule 15c3-1(c)(2)(vi)(F) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 selected by the Company as a replacement agency for Moody's or S&P, or both, as the case may be.
Rating Agency. Shall mean each of Standard & Poor's Ratings Group, Moody's Investors Service, Inc., Duff & Phelps Rating Co., and Fitch Investors Service, Inc., and their successors or assigns, or any other nationally recognized statistical rating agency which rates securities in connection with a securitization.
Rating Agency. Means, at any time, any nationally recognized rating agency which shall have been requested to rate the Certificates and which shall then be rating the Certificates. As of the Class C(R) Certificate Issuance Date, the Rating Agency is Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC.
Rating Agency. Means any nationally recognized statistical rating agency; provided, however, that at anytime during which the Loan is an asset of a Securitization, "Rating Agency" shall mean the rating agency or rating agencies that rate the securities issued in connection with such Securitization.
Rating Agency. Shall mean a nationally recognized statistical rating organization as that term is used in paragraphs (c)(2)(vi)(E), (F) and (H) of Rule 15c3-1 as promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
Rating Agency. Is defined in the Indenture.
Rating Agency. Any rating agency involved in the rating of any Securities. 4
