Raw Material Cost

Raw Material Cost. The amounts paid by AMAG to a Third Party for providing raw materials and packaging materials for producing the Product, to the extent not reimbursed or refunded or credited to AMAG, and net of any discounts or other benefits received by AMAG from Third Party manufacturers, calculated on a per-unit basis and in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied.
