The technologies, products, items, improvements, inventions and ideas, to be defined by statements of work and planned developments communicated in writing in the course of this Agreement which are the subject of LD's development and other activities under the terms of this Agreement (which may include the "Product" including without limitation "Product Accessories" as defined by the Initial Development Agreement).
