REA. Shall have the meaning set forth otherwise herein and shall also include all other agreements between the "Developer" or "Operator" thereunder and any 26 Burdines pertaining thereto, such other agreements to include, but not be limited to, those listed on Exhibit "B".

REA. Means the certain Operation and Basement Agreement dated December 12, 2000, between Target and Seller recorded as document Number 2000-0955893 as amended Buyer acknowledges receipt of a copy of the REA.
