Reaffirmation. Reference to and Effect on the Loan Documents. (a)From and after the Conforming Changes Amendment Effective Date, each reference in the Credit Agreement to "hereunder," "hereof," "this Agreement" or words of like import and each reference in the other Loan Documents to "Credit Agreement," "thereunder," "thereof" or words of like import shall, unless the context otherwise requires, mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment. (b)Each Loan Document and all other... documents, instruments and agreements executed and/or delivered in connection therewith shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed. (c)The execution, delivery and effectiveness of this Amendment shall not operate as a waiver of any right, power or remedy of any Lender or the Administrative Agent under any of the Loan Documents, nor constitute a waiver of any provision of the Credit Agreement, any other Loan Documents or any other documents, instruments and agreements executed and/or delivered in connection therewith. Reaffirmation. Each Guarantor reaffirms its liabilities, obligations and agreements under the Guaranties and the Collateral Documents with respect to the Credit Agreement, including the increase in the principal amount of the Loan, the addition of additional Lenders and any other changes to the other terms and conditions as set forth in the Amendment.
