Reaffirming Loan Parties. Each of the Borrower and the entities party hereto as "Guarantors" (the "Guarantors", together with the Borrower, the "Reaffirming Loan Parties") hereby acknowledges that it expects to receive substantial direct and indirect benefits as a result of this Amendment and the transactions contemplated hereby.
