Real Property Rights. Any right, title or interest in real property held by the Debtor at any time with respect to any real property upon which any Project is located, and such term includes, without limitation, all of the real property rights and interests now existing or hereafter acquired by the Debtor in any of the Properties or pursuant to any of the Land Contracts
