Example Definitions of "Receivable Files"
Receivable Files. Means, with respect to a Financed Vehicle, those documents listed in Section 3 of this Agreement that are delivered to the Custodian and all documents subsequently delivered to the Custodian pursuant to the last sentence of Section 3.
