Receivables Securitization. Shall mean the receivables securitization facility among Borrower, Lesco Funding, Inc., a Delaware corporation, Market Street Funding Corporation and PNC Bank, National Association established pursuant to the Receivables Purchase Agreement, Purchase and Sale Agreement and other documents dated as of April 24, 2001, as any of such documents may from time to time be amended, restated or otherwise modified. 4 5
