Receivables. Shall have the meaning given to that term in Attachment 1 hereto.

Receivables. Means all present and future accounts and accounts receivable, together with all security therefor and guaranties thereof and all rights and remedies relating thereto, including any right of stoppage in transit.

Receivables.
