Example Definitions of "Recipe"
Recipe. The term "Recipe" shall mean any product formulation, or component thereof, created in whole or in part by FLP or Lagasse (either alone or together with B&G) for any Product.

Recipe. The ingredients and methods of combining and processing ingredients for the Products, provided that a Recipe will not include the composition of or recipe for the Neutral Alcohol Beverage Base (it being understood that the amount of Neutral Alcohol Beverage Base and the process for combining and processing it with other ingredients shall be included in the Recipe).
