Recipient

Recipient. Means the Party to whom Confidential Information is disclosed.

Recipient. An eligible person who receives an Award.

Recipient. An employee of the Company or a Subsidiary or a Director who has been granted an Award under the Plan.

Recipient. An employee of the Company or an Affiliated Company to whom shares are allocated pursuant to this Plan, or his designated beneficiary, surviving spouse, estate, or legal representative.

Recipient. Means someone who has been granted an Award under the Plan and is either (i) an employee of the Company or a Subsidiary, (ii) a Director, (iii) a person who has agreed in writing to become an employee of the Company or a Subsidiary within thirty (30) days, or (iv) a consultant or advisor who has rendered bona fide services to the Company or a Subsidiary not in connection with the offer or sale of securities in a capital-raising transaction.

Recipient. Means the ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT receiving the INCENTIVE AWARD, or his or her legal representative, legatees, distributees or alternate payees, as the case may be.

Recipient. Recipient. Means (a) in the case of CURB Services, SITC receiving Services hereunder, or (b) in the case of SITC Services, CURB OP receiving Services hereunder.
