Example Definitions of "Recognizable Compensation"
Recognizable Compensation. Means an Eligible Employee's Compensation for the Supplemental Plan Year, taking into account the limitation on compensation of Two Hundred and Ten Thousand Dollars ($210,000), as adjusted for cost of living adjustments, under Section 401(a)(17) of the Code. Recognizable Compensation Per Pay Period shall mean the amount of Recognizable Compensation earned in each Pay Period prior to reaching the Recognizable Compensation limit.
