Example Definitions of "Recognizable Salary"
Recognizable Salary. Means an Eligible Employee's base salary for the Supplemental Plan Year, taking into account the limitation on compensation to Two Hundred and Thirty Thousand Dollars ($230,000), as adjusted for cost of living adjustments, under Section 401(a)(17) of the Code. Recognizable Salary Per Pay Period shall mean the amount of Recognizable Salary earned in each Pay Period prior to reaching the Recognizable Salary limit.
