Recognized Revenue

Recognized Revenue. The total revenue actually recognized and accrued according to GAAP by Monster, excluding any (a) discounts, rebates and refunds, (b) taxes, duties and levies in any applicable jurisdiction, (c) revenue shares owed to Third Parties, or (d) sales commissions to employees or any Third Parties that are not employees of such Party.
