Record Date

Record Date. Means the 1st calendar day of the month in which the applicable Dividend Payment Date falls.

Record Date. Shall mean March 18, 2025 or such other date as determined by NovaBay to represent the stockholders of record at the close of business on such date that will be entitled to notice of and may vote at the Special Meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Record Date. Shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

Record Date. The date two (2) business days before the Effective Date.

Record Date. Shall mean, with respect to any dividend, other distribution or issuance, the record date for the determination of stockholders entitled to receive such dividend, distribution or issuance, or if no such record date exists, the date of such dividend, distribution or issuance.

Record Date. Means the close of business on the date to be determined by the Board of Directors of VR Holdings as the record date for determining stockholders of VR Holdings entitled to receive shares of the LDI Common Stock on the Distribution Date pursuant to Paragraph 3(a) of this Agreement.
