Record Subordinated Creditors
Record Subordinated Creditors. Means those Subordinated Creditors holding Subordinated Notes that are either a party to this Agreement or have executed an agreement substantially identical to this Agreement and delivered such agreement to Agent pursuant to Section 2.7(a).
