Means all inventions, patents, patent applications, trade secrets, know-how, technical data, laboratory results, clinical results, manufacturing methods, copyrights, trademarks and other data, know-how and intellectual 3 property controlled by ZymoGenetics that are necessary to develop, manufacture, have manufactured, promote, distribute, import, offer for sale, and sell the Recothrom Products in the United States, its territories and possessions.
