Recoupment Amount

Recoupment Amount. Means an AC Payment Amount, DC Payment Amount, WC Payment Amount or Expense Payment Amount, as such amounts are reflected in a notice given in accordance with this Agreement, whether or not an Objection Notice has been delivered and whether or not the period during which an Objection Notice may be delivered has expired.
