Example Definitions of "Redemption Amount"
Redemption Amount. Shall be paid in full.
Redemption Amount. Means a dollar amount for each share of the then-outstanding Series C Preferred Stock redeemed by such Holder equal to the Stated Value per share plus an amount equal to all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon, whether or not earnings are available in respect of such dividends or such dividends have been declared, to and including the date full payment is tendered to the Holders with respect to such redemption.
Redemption Amount. Means the sum of (x) portion of the Principal to be redeemed with respect to which this determination is being made, and (y) all accrued and unpaid Interest with respect to such portion of the Principal amount as of the date such Redemption Amount is paid to the Holder.
Redemption Amount. Means the sum of $1,500,000 and the simple interest on the unpaid balance of the Redemption Amount at a rate equal to six percent (6%) per annum, computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed and a year of 365 days from the date of this Note (as defined below) until the entire Redemption Amount is paid.
Redemption Amount. An amount equal to the product of (x) .5% multiplied by (y) the excess, if any, of (i) all amounts paid to the Lenders in respect of the Sponsor Debt (including principal and interest) over (ii) the Hurdle Amount.
Redemption Amount. The meaning ascribed to such term in the Notes.
