Redemption Fee

Redemption Fee. At any time after the first anniversary of the date hereof if the Company's Common Stock closes above 200% of the Exercise Price for 20 consecutive "trading days" (days the principal exchange on which the Common Stock is traded is open for business or, if the Common Stock is no longer traded on an exchange, business days), the Company may redeem any unexercised portion of this Warrant for a redemption fee of $0.10 per share ("Redemption Fee").
