Redemption Premium Amount. Means (a) with respect to any repayment of principal of this Note made on or prior to the first anniversary of the Closing Date, 5.0% multiplied by the aggregate principal amount of this Note so prepaid; (b) with respect to any repayment of principal of this Note made after the first anniversary of the Closing Date and on or prior to the second anniversary of the Closing Date, 4.0% multiplied by the aggregate... principal amount of this Note so prepaid; (c) with respect to any repayment of principal of this Note made after the second anniversary of the Closing Date and on or prior to the third anniversary of the Closing Date, 3.0% multiplied by the aggregate principal amount of this Note so prepaid; (d) with respect to any repayment of principal of this Note made after the third anniversary of this Closing Date and on or prior to the fourth anniversary of the Closing Date, 2.0% multiplied by the aggregate principal amount of this Note so prepaid; (e) with respect to any repayment of principal of this Note made after the fourth anniversary of this Closing Date and on or prior to the fifth anniversary of the Closing Date, 1.0% multiplied by the aggregate principal amount of this Note so prepaid; and (f) with respect to any repayment of principal of this Note made after the fifth anniversary of the Closing Date, zero.
