Redemption Price Per Share. Means, in respect of a Redemption Event, the aggregate consideration paid by the Company in respect of each outstanding share of the Applicable Class redeemed or otherwise acquired by the Company or in respect of which the Company made a payment of the type described in clause (y) of the definition of Redemption Event, in either case in connection with such Redemption Event. -17-
