Reference Contribution

Reference Contribution. Shall mean any technical information that is conspicuously marked "REFERENCE CONTRIBUTION: NOT SUBMITTED UNDER OBLIGATION TO LICENSE" and submitted to the Alliance for possible inclusion in Reference Document(s), pursuant to the procedure established from time to time by the Alliance Board of Directors. The content of Reference Contributions is not under any circumstances subject to the patent licensing provisions of Section 3.
