Reference Period

Example Definitions of "Reference Period"
Reference Period. Reference Period. A period of twelve consecutive calendar months ending on the relevant date of calculation, or such smaller number of months as shall have elapsed from April 1, 2000 to such date.
Reference Period. Means the ten (10) Trading Days immediately prior to (x) the Mandatory Conversion Date or (y) the Conversion Date in the case of an Optional Conversion after the Alternate Optional Conversion Eligibility Date, as applicable.
Reference Period. With respect to any date of determination, means the period beginning on January 1, 2009 and ending on June 30, 2009.
Reference Period. Means the one (1) year period immediately preceding the Termination Date.
