Reference Property

Reference Property. The kind and amount of shares of stock, other securities or other property or assets (including Cash or any combination thereof) that holders of shares of Common Stock are entitled to receive in respect of each share of Common Stock upon such Reorganization Event (the "Reference Property").

Reference Property. Has the meaning set forth in the Convertible Note.
