Refinancing Senior Debt Documents

Refinancing Senior Debt Documents. Shall mean any financing documentation which replaces the Senior Loan Documents and pursuant to which the Senior Debt under the Senior Loan Documents are refinanced, as such financing documentation may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in compliance with this Agreement.

Refinancing Senior Debt Documents. Any financing documentation which replaces any Senior Debt Documents and pursuant to which the Senior Debt or any portion thereof is refinanced, as such financing documentation may be amended, restated, supplemented, replaced, increased or otherwise modified from time to time

Refinancing Senior Debt Documents. Shall mean any financing documentation which replaces the VPC Loan Documents and pursuant to which the Senior Debt under the VPC Loan Documents is refinanced, as such financing documentation may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Refinancing Senior Debt Documents. Shall mean any financing documentation which replaces the Indenture and pursuant to which the Senior Debt under the Indenture is refinanced, as such financing documentation may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Refinancing Senior Debt Documents. Shall mean any financing documentation which replaces the Existing Senior Debt Documents and pursuant to which the Senior Debt under the Existing Senior Debt Documents is refinanced, as such financing documentation may be amended, supplemented, replaced, refinanced or otherwise modified from time to time in compliance with this Agreement, but specifically excluding any such financing documentation to the extent that it contains provisions violating Section 3.1 hereof.

Refinancing Senior Debt Documents. Any financing documentation which replaces the EJ Funds Loan Documents and pursuant to which the Senior Debt under the EJ Funds Loan Documents are refinanced, as such financing documentation may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in compliance with this Agreement.
