REFINANCING SENIOR LOAN DOCUMENTS

REFINANCING SENIOR LOAN DOCUMENTS. Shall mean any financing documentation which replaces the Fleet Loan Documents and pursuant to which the Senior Debt under the Fleet Loan Documents is refinanced in accordance with the limitations set forth in Section 4.11(viii) of the Indenture as in effect as of the date hereof (or as modified with Agent's approval), as such financing documentation may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in compliance with this Agreement.
