REG. Means the Federal income tax regulations from time to time promulgated under the Code by the Internal Revenue Service and the Treasury Department and "Prop. Reg." means the Federal income tax regulations proposed from time to time for promulgation under the Code by the Internal Revenue Service and the Treasury Department.
