Regional. Shall mean any Lease Transaction for which (a) all shipping addresses, as set forth in the applicable Shipping Plan, are located in any country in the European Union, or (b) all shipping addresses, as set forth in the applicable Shipping Plan, are located in the same country located outside the European Union.
