Regional Jet Contract. The agreement between Delta and one or more Connection Carriers pursuant to which such Connection Carrier operates one or more Regional Jet A/C as a "Delta Connection" carrier for Delta, regardless of whether such Regional Jet A/C are owned by Delta, the Connection Carrier or a third party.
