Registered Device. 1.38 "Registered Device" means a hardware device and its associated software and firmware code that is compatible with the Company Service and the Specifications and is able to respect the usage rules and security requirements as set forth herein and in the Content Supplier Agreements, through which an End User may access Sound Recordings.
